    Slurry Discharging combination valve connect two eccentric semi-ball valve. We  improved it in weight-bearing ability and sealing structure:

    1. The internal cavity channel of load-bearing and sealing valve is designed as straight through type to ensure the smooth flow of the media and fully meet the requirements of desulfurization and denitrification of the slurry;

    2. The valve base and core are designed as a concealed structure; ensure that the media flow does not flush directly to the sealing surfaces, effectively extending the service life of the valve base and core;

    3. The connection between the outlet end of the media container and the inlet end of the bearing valve are equipped with a media flow concentration device, and the connection between the bearing valve and the sealing valve are also equipped with a media concentration device. These two media concentration devices can ensure that when the media, the slurry conveyed and enters the chamber of the combined valve, its flow is concentrated and straight flowing, and will not scatter around the chamber, which can greatly reduce the damage to the chamber by the media’s direct flushing and effectively extend the service life of the whole combined valve.
